Sara Vetteth, Founder and CEO
Sara Vetteth's expertise is in usability, information architecture and visual design. She has worked on design projects for some of the leading corporate houses in India as well including Ashok Leyland, Carborundum, Microland, Royal Enfield and the Kirloskar Group. After graduating from a Master's in Design Technology program at Parsons School of Design on the Dean's Scholarship, Sara taught graduate and undergraduate classes at Parsons and at the Chubb Institute in New York. Her work has been exhibited at the Rockefeller Center, New York, and in Germany at the Bauhaus School. While in New York, Sara was design director for the XL Group managing the creative process for clients, including IBM, Abbot, Ross Pharmaceuticals, BMW, and Ford.

Farah Mahmood, Consultant Partner - Graphic Design
Farah has worked in the design of various non-linear media for over 10 years. She has worked in New York, Miami, London, Hong Kong, Bangalore and Bombay. Her web site for Royal Enfield won an award for best community site. Her clients include MTV, Sony Music, BT, MSN and Unilever.. She won the Hester Mervin Ayers Award for Excellent Achievement in Art in Wesleyan University, Illinois where she was also on the Dean's honor roll.

Kalpana Balaji, Consultant Partner - Architecture
Kalpana Balaji is an architect who has worked in Delhi, Zurich and is now based out of Chennai. Having finished her education at the CEPT University with a short stint at ETH, Zurich, she has worked on a wide variety of architectural projects including residences, Tsunami rehabilitation projects, schools, colleges, and various other institutions and commercial buildings. She is a visiting faculty at MEASI Academy of Architecture teaching architectural design for the undergraduate program. She is an artistic collaborator of Perch, Chennai since its inception - a performance collective that is actively into theatre and the performing arts and she designs the sets and props for all their productions.
Salvatore Rasa, Consultant Partner
Sal Rasa has been active in communication and collaborative learning efforts within business, arts and education for over thirty years. He has consulted to companies in a variety of industries, including Merck, Schering- plough, Schlumberger, BMW, Nissan, Philip Morris, Nabisco, Westinghouse, Omnicom, American Scandia, Citigroup, IBM and UBS. Sal was a senior communication consultant at Watson Wyatt and served as vice president of global communication and business transformation for Maritz Performance Improvement.

Ved Sen, Consultant Partner
Ved has 12 years of experience, most of it in the technology industry, working with media clients. His areas of work have included business analysis, driving new projects, marketing, strategy, consulting, and business development. Ved finished his education at the IIM, Ahmedabad, India. He is an early member of the Intellect UK's IDCC (Digital Convergence Council) and continues to work with Intellect in helping to drive convergence thinking & initiatives. A regular speaker and blogger, he is passionate about the digital convergence phenomenon and it's impact on business and culture.

Saif, Senior Graphic Designer
Saif did his Masters degree in Computer Applications while adding graphics to his skill-set by taking additional courses at NIIT, SSI and IBM Mainframe. He has eleven years of experience working as a web designer and a graphic designer for various companies in Chennai. He is currently working as a Senior Graphic Designer in The Design Cell, Chennai. His previous role as a Graphic Design teacher for Children of the World India in Chennai. Even before his previous role as a computer applications teacher for middle school students in Pondicherry introduced him to the world of teaching and he was hooked. He also teaches Graphic Design for Post Graduate students in Madras Craft Foundation (Dakshinachitra). He also runs an extra-curricular course in Karate for students as he is a Black Belt in the Korean Style.
